I am not a fan of breakfast. I force myself to have breakfast every morning because I know how important it is, for me. Here's one of the "go-to" breakfast meals.

Potatoes

Garlic

Red bell pepper

Onion

Eggs

Bacon

Scallions

Cilantro (optional) I love cilantro on everything. Lol.
