TeeRoy's 2 Cents:
- Kendrick has already rocked some of the pieces in public, like at Damn merch pop-up events.
- The New Classic gear is a good contrast to the bolder and more graphic-heavy artist merch we've seen in the past.
- Wasn't The New Classic the name of that Iggy Azalea album? Just saying.
- Now that everyone streams and there's less money to be made from record sales, it's really not enough for artists or labels to just make music anymore.
- Drake stans are gonna say they're copying OVO.

It's more than just music now for Top Dawg Entertainment. The label behind Kendrick Lamar, Schoolboy Q, SZA and more just put out its first-ever clothing collection.
On Monday, TDE rolled out a new range of athletic-inspired clothing and accessories called New Classic. The offering is pretty clean with solid black, gray and maroon colorways with subtle TDE branding throughout.
The New Classic capsule consists of sweatpants, drawstring shorts, pullover hoodies, short-sleeve tees and embroidered strap-back hats. It also offers a black-and-white mesh hockey jersey with "TDE" and "Los Angeles, California" on the front and red accents on the sleeve.
Items, which range from $35 to $110, can be purchased now on TDE’s website.
